John Dodson Partner/Broker
John, Broker/Partner of Palmetto Properties, has been involved in real estate for over 14 years. He oversees commercial and office condominium sales and leasing; market research and analysis; and prospecting future development opportunities. John is Development Manager for Eastland and oversees residential, commercial, and office project development and construction as well as contract negotiations.

Jay Dodson Partner/VP of Sales
Jay has been in sales and marketing for over 10 years, specifically real estate for the last 3 years. As Partner and Vice President of Sales for Palmetto Properties, Jay is focused on the marketing, selling and leasing of commercial properties throughout Northeast Florida and works as the exclusive sales agent for Eastland.
